修復ご依頼の流れ Flow of restoration your request
- お問い合わせ
- お問い合せフォームからご連絡ください。折り返し必要事項をご連絡いたします。ご記入ミスにより返信できない場合がありますので、念のため電話番号もご記入くださるようお願いいたします。
- Please contact us from the contact form. I will contact the aliasing requirements. Note to fill mistake because there are times when you can not reply.
- 写真をお送りください
- 依頼写真（黒白写真）を元払いでリボテックまでお送りください。
- Please send REBOTECH Inc. prepayment request the Black-and-white photo.
- 報告書・お見積り
- 調査確認後、報告書と見積書を２〜３週間後にメール又は手紙でお送りします。
- Investigation after confirmation, we will send you a letter or e-mail 2-3 weeks after the quotation and report.
- ご契約・発注
- 連絡をお待ちし、ご承諾頂けましたら作業を開始いたします。
- The wait for the report, I will start working if you can accept.
- キャンセルの場合
- 修復キャンセルの場合は、1点につき調査手数料￥5,000と消費税をいただきます。
- In the case of restoration cancellation, received a search fee ¥ 5,000 plus tax.
- 完了報告
- ３〜５週間で修復は完了いたします。作業の混雑状況で延長になる場合があります。
- Restoration will be completed in 3-5 weeks. You may become extended by the congestion situation of the work.
- ご入金・納品
- 料金を銀行振込でお支払いください。（手数料等はお客様でご負担ください）
入金の確認が取れましたら７日以内に送料元払いにてご返送いたします。（日本国内のみに適用） - Please pay by bank transfer in the U.S. dollar. Please pay the fees, etc.
I will return it if I take the confirmation of payment. Postage receives in the case of overseas.
